Forward to a colleague
July 2010

In this edition of INSEAD Knowledge we focus on the European Business Summit which was held recently in Brussels. The theme of the conference was 'Putting Europe Back on Track', based on a research report carried out by INSEAD, Accenture and the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium.

Also in this edition, we speak to Bloomberg Chairman and CEO Peter Grauer about the news organisation's plans for growth, and INSEAD Professor Anil Gupta talks to the Chairman of Tata Consultancy Services (Asia-Pacific), Girija Pande, about his company's China strategy.

As ever, we look forward to getting your comments and feedback, and encourage you to spread the word about INSEAD Knowledge.

INSEAD Knowledge is now available in English, Chinese and Arabic. You can also access Knowledge via:

Thornton China Center and senior fellow in Foreign Policy and Global Economy and Development at The Brookings Institution.

Sustainable practices: engaging consumers and suppliers

Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) is one firm that knows very well that its environmental and economic impact extends well beyond its factory gates. This starts with the ingredients it needs for its products to the natural resources required to make the packaging, "extending all the way to the people who buy and consume our drinks and handle the packaging," says CCE Europe's Communications Director, Shanna Wendt (YMP Sep '05).
