Forward to a colleague
January 2010

In this edition of the Knowledge newsletter, INSEAD Professor Urs Peyer tells us about the Top 200 Global CEO rankings and we highlight the challenges women are facing in rising to the top. In a new section called 'The Knowledge Debate', INSEAD Professors Theo Vermaelen and Paul Kleindorfer discuss climate change and the implications for businesses post-Copenhagen.

Our special edition of Knowledge next month will focus on the INSEAD Leadership Summit which has just been held in the Middle East and in March we'll bring you our exclusive interview with WPP CEO Sir Martin Sorrell.

We're also proud to announce a new Knowledge network: INSEAD Knowledge is now in Arabic.

Regards,
Stuart Pallister

Finding the rhythm of the centre

'Finding the rhythm of the centre' is how Alex Cummings, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Coca-Cola, describes bridging the gap between his staff working in the field and those who work in the corporate 'centre' of power. He talks about a 'natural tension' between the two parts and how they can be brought together. "The rhythms are different," he explains.
