Ana Maria Santacreu

Biography

Ana Maria Santacreu is an Assistant Professor of Economics and Political Science at INSEAD. She received her PhD in economics from NYU in 2009. She also holds an Msc in Economics from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelors degree in Economics from Universitat de Valencia, in Spain. 
 
She visited the Reserve Bank of New Zealand in the summer of 2005, where she worked on analysing monetary policy in small open economies.
 
In 2007, she participated in a project for the Asia Task Force and UK Trade and Investment department. Her areas of research are International Trade, Economic Growth and Macroeconomics, with special emphasis on innovation and endogenous technology diffusion. She has taught Macroeconomics and Topics in the global Economy in NYU.
