Dennis is the Enterprise Risk Management Practice Leader for RSM Ethos with almost 15 years of audit, internal audit and risk management experience. He actively provides internal audit co-sourcing, outsourcing as well as enterprise risk management solutions to Singapore Listed companies, family managed businesses and statutory boards across a wide array of industries.
Dennis also leads the firm’s Fund Management Advisory practice where he assists in raising the level and quality of risk and controls in the financial services segment. He has authored Singapore based publications on the prospects and strengths of the financial services infrastructure and regulatory framework. He is the Co-Author of the Risk Governance Guidebook for the Third Sector and he has contributed numerous articles to organisations such as Singapore Business Federation, Singapore Institute of Directors and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants on topics relevant to corporate governance and risk management.
He is a regular public speaker and has presented at numerous seminars organised by the Singapore Institute of Directors, Securities and Investors Association of Singapore, the large local Banks, the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Singapore Charities Council on topics such as internal controls, risk governance and Board leadership.
Dennis is a Finance Committee member of the South East Community Development Council, a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and a Committee Member of the Shared Services for Charities.
