Biography

Yann Cornil is a fourth year PhD student in marketing (consumer behaviour) at INSEAD. He is doing his dissertation on the relation between pleasure expectations and food quantity under the supervision of Pierre Chandon, The L'Oréal Chaired Professor of Marketing, Innovation and Creativity at INSEAD.

He researches food portion size and pleasure, sports eating habits, health claims on food packaging and their effects on visual estimation of food quantity.

His research featured in global newspapers such as The Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, the New York Times, Chicago Tribune and USA Today.
