Alexander Fruehmann

Biography

Alexander Fruehmann is the founder of The Legal Minds Group, a strategic consultancy supporting law firms, organizations and their leaders in culture-based strategies in high-performance environments. He has worked with firms like Baker & McKenzie, Deloitte and Wolf Theiss and was partner at a boutique law firm specialized in corporate and M&A. At Red Bull, he was the Head of General Legal for Europe, Russia and CIS, managing legal operations in 48 countries and working on the company's global legal strategies. 

Alexander studied psychodynamic systems theory and change at INSEAD’s Executive Master in Change (EMC), holds a masters from Yale Law School and a PhD from the University of Vienna. His has a deep interest in how behaviors, emotions and psychodynamic processes drive and block individual effectiveness, innovation and organizational performance.
