Annie Peshkam

Biography

Annie Peshkam, PhD, is the Director of INSEAD’s Initiative for Learning Innovation and Teaching Excellence (iLITE), an Instructional Coach as well as a Leadership Coach and Consultant. 

Together with Gianpiero Petriglieri, Annie built iLITE into a recognised teaching and learning support system at INSEAD. She helped design, co-directs and teaches in the Leading Management Education (LME) programme for newly-hired professors. In addition to implementing a formal year-long teaching development process for all new faculty teaching MBA courses, she provides instructional coaching to both experienced and novice educators teaching in any course or programme at INSEAD. She is also an active contributor to a variety of projects from online learning, curricula restructuring and designing new learning environments. 

As a leadership coach and consultant, Annie specializes in experiential leadership development and serves on the coaching staff of several of INSEAD’s executive education programmes. She helps business leaders personalise their leadership and deepen their awareness of the interface between them, their role and teams. 

Annie received her PhD in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy and Certificate in Coaching for Leadership from the Tavistock Institute in London. Prior to joining INSEAD, Annie worked on curriculum design at HEC Paris.
