Annie Peshkam is the Associate Director of iLITE (Initiative for Learning Innovation and Teaching Excellence) and instructional coach at INSEAD. Annie regularly observes and provides feedback to professors about their teaching, conducts research projects on learning and development, and leads workshops on classroom teaching and course design. Prior to joining, Annie worked at HEC Paris co-coordinating the MBA curriculum review. For several years, she worked with students of many ages, and observed teaching and learning in classrooms for students from pre-school to high school, undergraduate, and MBA level.
She received her PhD in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy.
