Frank Dangeard

Biography

Frank Dangeard is the chairman of NortonLifelock (US), NatWest Markets (UK) and Spear Investments BV (Netherlands). He is also a director of the NatWest Group (UK) and IHS Towers (Cayman). From 2012 to 2019 Frank was a Director-in-Residence with the INSEAD Corporate Governance Centre, before becoming a Director-in-Residence Honorary with the centre from 2019 to 2020. 

In 2011, he published his book, The Decision Crisis in the Company, in which he presents 12 stories of governance in times of crisis.

Frank Dangeard graduated from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales, the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, and Harvard Law School.
