Isabelle Solal is an Assistant Professor in Management at ESSEC Business School. She obtained her MBA at INSEAD in 2008, her PhD in Organisational Behaviour in 2019, and was a postdoctoral research fellow at the James M. and Cathleen D. Stone Centre for the Study of Wealth Inequality.
