Miguel M. Noguerol has more than 30 years of professional experience and held several senior leadership roles at global high-tech organizations like Sun Microsystems and Motorola Solutions, where he was Corporate VP and President of their Latin America Regional Operations and most recently at Zebra Technologies where he leads its global sales operation organization.
He is the founder partner of SKANDHAS - Center of Consulting and Coaching for Change. His mission is to assist Senior Executives and their organizations to establish their vision, core leadership values, personal and professional goals and develop strategies to enhance their leadership skills and lead change effectively.
He has a BS in Electronic Engineering with Postgraduate Diplomas in Systems Automation and Business Administration from FEI and FGV Brazil.
He is a Certified Professional Coach by the University of Miami, an ICF ACTP Program. In 2016 he completed an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change at INSEAD (Fontainebleau- France) with Distinction.
He is a certified Coach and member of ICF and an Affiliate Member of Institute of Coaching, at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medial School affiliate.
