Minter Dial is a renowned international speaker, author, filmmaker and prior member of the Worldwide Executive Committee of L'Oreal Professional Products Division, where he worked for 16 years in 4 countries. Minter creates bespoke executive programs designed to activate brand and digital strategy. A storyteller who enjoys exploring the diversity of media formats, he is the author and producer of the award-winning WWII documentary film, The Last Ring Home (Nov 2016), which aired nationally in North America (PBS), Australia and NZ (History Channel). In terms of studies, Minter was educated at Eton College (1978-1982), received his BA in Trilingual Literature from Yale University (1987) and gained his MBA at INSEAD, Fontainebleau (1993).
