Sujin Lee

Sujin Lee is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the Department of Business and Technology Management at KAIST. She received her PhD in Management from Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University and was a visiting assistant professor and post-doctoral fellow at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a visiting scholar at M.I.T. Sloan School of Management. Her research has examined how self-identity and social relationships influence intercultural and intergroup collaboration and negotiation. Recently, she and her students examine how to foster creativity, ethicality, and prosociality for human happiness.
