Biography

Vip Vyas partners senior executives to catalyse breakthrough shifts in performance. He has nearly 30 years of experience in building high-impact alliances and consortiums, and has advised industry leaders across oil and gas, mining, infrastructure, banking, FMCG, tech, and government sectors on complex global megaprojects worth over US$100 billion.

Vyas is a regular keynote speaker on governance, strategy, culture change, and project delivery. His new book Gorilla in the Cockpit reveals the hidden patterns behind project failure and a blueprint for success.

Vyas contributes to INSEAD Knowledge and has been published by Forbes, Duke Review and other outlets. He studied strategy execution at Harvard Business School and has been a visiting consultant at London Business School and Oxford's Säid Business School, with adjunct roles at Duke CE and Hong Kong University.
