Annie Peshkam
Biography
Annie Peshkam is a Lecturer and Director of INSEAD’s Initiative for Learning Innovation and Teaching Excellence (iLITE).
As a Lecturer, Annie teaches at the intersection of learning, unlearning, and coaching—inviting leaders into a developmental process that begins with themselves and extends to those they lead. Through original case studies, live dilemmas, and reflective coaching practices, she helps leaders cultivate the capacity to (un)learn through coaching in real time and to invite modelling the same process across their organizations to build an organizational coaching and learning culture.
As an internal and executive coach, Annie specializes in supporting the career/leadership/teaching development for 100+ faculty at INSEAD, as well as serving on the coaching staff of several of INSEAD’s executive education programmes. She helps leaders (and leaders of learning) deepen their awareness of the behavioral dynamics that emerge at the interface between them, their role, their teams, and their organisation.
Annie received her PhD in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy and Certificate in Coaching for Leadership from the Tavistock Institute in London. Prior to joining INSEAD, Annie worked on curriculum design at HEC Paris.
