Chiara Trombini
Biography
Chiara Trombini is a tenured Associate Professor of Organisation and People Management at Luiss Business School. She holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University. She was a Postdoctoral Fellow at INSEAD in Singapore and a Research Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University.
Professor Trombini’s research sits at the intersection of behavioural science and management, focusing on how behavioural insights can enhance employee well-being and leadership effectiveness. Her work has been published in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Information Systems Research, and the Journal of Business Ethics, as well as in practitioner-oriented outlets.
Professor Trombini teaches Organisational Behaviour, Leadership, and Negotiation at Master’s, MBA, and Executive levels. In 2024, she was recognised by Poets&Quants as one of the “Best 40-Under-40 MBA Professors.”
