Biography

Hami Amiraslani is an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Control at INSEAD. He holds a PhD in Accounting from the London School of Economics. His research examines topics in the area of corporate governance, corporate sustainability, ESG performance, and financial contracting. Hami teaches managerial accounting on INSEAD’s MBA program. Prior to academia, Hami worked as a banking consultant in the area of syndicated loans and project finance.
