Jaemin's research comprises of two streams. First, how multiple markets co-evolve as a result of behaviours of individual entrepreneur. Secondly, how organisations' response to performance and consumer feedbacks interact with within firm agencies and power.
Prior to academia, Jaemin was a serial entrepreneur, who co-founded a French restaurant (Shanghai) and a wine bar (Seoul). He is also advising on the establishment of a boutique hotel.
