Jean-Marc Liduena


Jean-Marc Liduena (INSEAD MBA ‘99J) is a Senior Partner at Deloitte and the past president of the INSEAD France Alumni Association.

Jean-Marc is a member of the Executive Committees of Deloitte Consulting and Monitor Deloitte – the strategy consulting arm of the Firm.

He has 20+ years experience in consulting and top management roles, and brings his expertise to client executives across a broad range of services e.g. strategy, organic growth, innovation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transformation, cost reduction, talent assessment, leadership coaching.

Jean-Marc recently conducted projects for private equity funds and key corporate clients, in France and internationally, serving groups such as: Danone, Nestlé, Philip Morris, Auchan, L’Occitane, Galeries Lafayette, GE, Mercedes-Benz, Lamborghini, Saint-Gobain, Saur, CDC, La Poste…

Jean-Marc is a consultant or interviewee for numerous media including: The Economist, Huffington Post, BFM TV, LCI-TF1, Les Echos, Capital, LSA, Le Figaro, Journal du Dimanche, L’Opinion… He is frequently invited as keynote speaker for annual shareholders meeting or corporate events on specific themes: future of highways PPP; uberization and C2C economy; climate and sustainable development; future of consumption and retail; operational excellence…

Before joining Deloitte in 2014, Jean-Marc has been a Vice-President at Unilever, and a Partner/Principal at Bain, Booz and Roland Berger. He worked across the five continents and lived in several countries. He is a dual citizen of France and Canada. He holds a MSc in civil engineering from ESTP (Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics in Paris) and a MBA from INSEAD.
