Nina Sirola

Nina Sirola is a postdoctoral fellow at INSEAD. She studies how the economy-level context of organizations (e.g., the extent to which the economy is prosperous, or the extent to which the economy is marked by corruption) affects the psychology and behaviour of individual organizational actors.
