Fabio Coluccia is a Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach for numerous INSEAD programs such as the MBA, GEMBA, AMP, and others. He co-created and leads the Leadership Check-Up Series (LCS) offered to INSEAD alumni around the world. Fabio is also a Partner at DOMINÉ & PARTNERS, a globally operating leadership consulting firm. His areas of expertise include leadership development and organizational change with a focus on team development. He frequently works with senior leaders and executive teams to increase their individual and collective performance.
Fabio is also a Board Member and Strategic Advisor to Grow360 International Pte. Ltd., an international company offering cloud-based services in the field of team development.
Prior to his current consulting role Fabio gained extensive international corporate experience in general management positions with full P&L responsibility at leading companies in the consumer goods industry.
Fabio is an alumnus of the Art and Practice of Leadership Development program at Harvard Kennedy School and he has completed the INSEAD Coaching Certificate. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen.
