Noelle Ahlberg Kleiterp
Noelle started her career in 1989 with KPMG in Atlanta, Georgia working in healthcare consulting. In 1992 following her MBA she relocated to The Hague, The Netherlands as a senior consultant working for Andersen Consulting across several industries (government and financial services predominantly). Following five years of consulting Noelle accepted a role as an internal consultant working for the Holding of NCM (Nederlandsche Credietverzekering Maatschappij, currently known as Atradius) in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Over the course of six years at NCM Noelle was promoted into the senior management team and later as a managing director. She was responsible for various departments during her tenure including special risks management, customer service, project management and data administration. She was responsible for approximately 60 staff in Amsterdam, Brussels and Cardiff. When majority share holder SwissRe decided to reduce its shareholding Noelle became project manager for the endeavor and later NCM's integration manager when Gerling purchased SwissRe's shares.
In 2002 after moving to Zürich, Switzerland Noelle was employed by GE Money Bank for ten years and held various roles including member of the senior management team, productivity and performance leader for the credit card line of business and as chief operating officer for IT. Noelle was also deputy leader of GE Money's HealthAhead initiative.
Since relocating to Singapore in October 2013 Noelle established a sole proprietorship, consulted at the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and took on a board position at a non-profit organization in Singapore. Noelle holds an MBA and BBA both from the University of Georgia and has US and Dutch citizenship. She recently completed INSEAD’s International Directors Programme and certified in February 2017.
