Paul Sanders (INSEAD MBA '06D) is passionate about helping organisations achieve their growth objectives by crafting the strategy and then finding and capturing the most exciting and lucrative growth opportunities. As a compulsive networker, Paul loves to bring people together to explore ideas, solve problems and innovate products, services and business models. Paul likes to be at the centre of change, firmly believing that companies never stay the same: They either get worse or they get better!
He has spent half his career in management consulting with Arthur Andersen and A.T. Kearney where he became a leader in the EMEA Organisation and Transformation practice.
