Allison R. Hess
Allison’s research interests are marketing-centric, focusing on the managerial and consumer perspectives of branding and consumer-brand dynamics. She is especially interested in examining these dynamics within the luxury context, building upon her research examining brand extension, the concept of luxury and the symbolic dimensions of consumption. Before joining INSEAD, Allison completed an MBA at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business as a Dean’s Impact Scholar, an MS in Marketing at Loyola University Chicago, and a BS in Business Administration (Marketing) at Miami University.
