Benjamin Haddad

Managing Director, Technology Strategy, Accenture

Biography

Benjamin Haddad is a Managing Director in Technology Strategy at Accenture, advising boards, C-suite and private equity investors on how to convert AI and cybersecurity into profitable growth. He operates where capital meets code—structuring and scaling technology platforms in complex, regulated environments including capital markets, defense and energy.

He has led multi-billion-dollar M&A strategy and technology diligence, including recently a $3.6B cybersecurity acquisition and advisory on a $10B AI platform investment. His work spans large-scale restructurings delivering 2× margin expansion as well as the negotiating of over 400 acquisitions and strategic alliances - generating in a single year $250M+ in net-new repeated revenue. His focus is on underwriting frontier technologies—LLMs, quantum security, cloud and data architectures—with the rigor of an investor and the execution bias of an operator.

Previously, he founded and scaled Accenture Ventures’ Israel hub, converting emerging innovation into enterprise outcomes, and shaping Accenture’s global cybersecurity partnership strategy - fueling the growth of the cybersecurity practice from 0 to a $10B+ business. He began his career as an entrepreneur, exiting his first company at age 26, before moving into platform, risk and corporate strategy roles at Thomson Reuters at the intersection of financial markets and technology. A repeat World Economic Forum contributor on emerging technologies, he holds an MSc in Economics from Bocconi University, business fluent in four languages and holds software certifications that range from advanced statistics, trading solutions, Azure AI, AWS and more.
