Harsh Shah is a green hydrogen and energy transition specialist based in Germany, with 14 years of experience across the hydrogen economy, industrial gases, and energy sectors, spanning EMEA, India and Asia. He has worked across the full hydrogen value chain — from engineering and delivering large-scale hydrogen and air separation plants at Linde, to complex energy infrastructure project management at BP. His work has given him deep insight into both the technical realities and the commercial and ecosystem challenges that determine whether the hydrogen economy moves from ambition to reality.
Harsh holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, completed with Distinction and Dean's List honours, where he developed a particular focus on energy transition strategy and the economics of decarbonisation.
