Iffet Türken

Biography

Iffet Türken has 25 years of professional experience internationally in the commercial vehicles and semi-trailer industry. She has held several executive leadership positions at Kässbohrer; including Business Development in the Executive Board, Deputy General Management for Sales and Marketing, Sales and Planning Operations and Purchasing. She is currently acting as the Executive Board Member at Kässbohrer.

She has majored in International Relations and Political Science from Bogazici University. As of February 2017 she has completed the Master Program Coaching and Consulting for Change at INSEAD, (Fontainebleau-France) with distinction. Here is a link to her thesis is attached.

She is active in international organizations in order to bridge among international stakeholders and support diversification and participation of women.

Türken is Vice President of the Transport section for European Association of Abnormal Road Transportation and Mobile Cranes (ESTA) since April 2016. She is acting as Vice President of the Turkish Heavy Commercial Vehicles Industry (TAID). She is also member of the supervisory board of German Automotive Industry (VDA) Manufacturer Group II.
