Jean-Marc Frangos is the Managing Director of External Innovation - BT Technology Service & Operations at BT Group plc (British Telecom), where he provides service innovation input into BT Lines of Business. He manages BT venture funds, and works with U.S. West Coast VC partners. Highly networked among corporates, startups and academia, Jean-Marc is particularly focussed on disruptive innovation and impacting customer experience.
He graduated from the French Ecole d’Ingénieurs, the Institut National des Télécommunications in 1986, and worked for ITT Data Systems and McDonnell Douglas Information Systems before joining BT in 1991.
