Jenny Watkins


Jenny Watkins has worked with some of the world’s most admired companies, driving digital transformation and disrupting the status quo. As CEO of Tadpole Consulting  and its subsidiary, she works with executives to apply emerging tech (i.e. artificial intelligence, voice), redefine business models focused on the customer, and improve efficiency.

Jenny has spent 17+ years in strategy and marketing, was previously Global Head of Innovation at AXA Group in Paris and Vice President of Customer Experience at Wells Fargo in NYC. She started her career in Silicon Valley working in data marketing, utilizing machine learning techniques to increase customer lifetime value. During the financial crisis, she worked on Obama’s Making Home Affordable initiatives, ensuring 8 million customers stayed in their homes.

Jenny frequently provides tech insights to media outlets such as Yahoo! News and Venture Beat as well as at conferences around the world. She is a guest lecturer at INSEAD, a mentor at Techstars, and an advisor to start-ups and venture capitalists.  Jenny has lived and worked in the US, Asia, and Europe and has an MBA from INSEAD.
