Liana is a visionary entrepreneur working at the intersection of AI, identity, and high performance. She is the founder of Recalibrate AI, the first Identity Platform, built on the premise that in the age of AI, lasting leadership growth requires evolving at the level of identity, not just acquiring new skills. She created the category of Identity Strategy, and her work has been featured on NBC and CBS. An INSEAD alumna (MBA, July 2006), Liana maintains close ties with her alma mater as Entrepreneur-in-Residence and was previously a lecturer of the Building Business in Silicon Valley module.
