Marco Minervini

Marco Minervini is a Postdoctoral Fellow at INSEAD, working on the theme of “Organizations and Algorithms”.

Marco's research in organizational science investigates how spatial decisions (distribution of employees in space and time) reverberate on organizational functioning, design, and performance, mostly using quantitative methods and multiple analytical techniques.

Marco’s research has also been featured in outlets such as the Harvard Business Review, BBC, CNA, and INSEAD Knowledge.

He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration at Bocconi University, Milan (Italy). He earned a M.Sc in Economics and Management of Public Administration and International Institutions and B.Sc. in Economics and Management also at Bocconi University. He also spent part of his studies at Arizona State University, Seul National University, and Nova School of Business and Economics.
