Michele L. Gorgodian

Michele Gorgodian has an INSEAD MBA.  From a corporate background, she went on to specialise in change management and contextual coaching, serving business leaders over two decades through her firm, Integra.

Michele is committed to leadership effectiveness.  She mentors on INSEAD’s Impact Mentoring Programme, and is a member of the INSEAD Directors Network (IDN).  With a strong interest in board governance, she is an Advisory Board member at Cass Business School, City University London.  She has previously been published in the FT.
