Mohar Chaudhuri is a Pre-Doctoral Researcher at INSEAD, in the Strategy Department.
Mohar's research focuses on the sustainability dimension of strategic decision-making, primarily the design of hybrid organizational forms in water-related industries. Her interests also lie in analyzing the social dominance traits and compensation structures of industry heads. Keen on investigating the different methods of teaching and absorbing information, she is currently exploring the immersive experience that VR provides.
She graduated with MSc in Statistics and Econometrics (Summa Cum Laude) from Toulouse School of Economics, France.
For her undergraduate studies, she earned a distinction in BA. Economics from Jadavpur University in Kolkata, India.
