Natalia Vuori is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management of Aalto University. She was a Visiting Researcher at INSEAD in 2013 and 2015. She studies socio-psychological dynamics – from cognitive and emotional to behavioural responses – in AI adoption, cultural transformation, mergers and acquisitions and intra-organisational innovation.
Natalia has won five awards from the Strategic Management Society and the Academy of Management. Her research has been featured in top-tier journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Annals, Journal of Management Studies and Advances in Mergers and Acquisitions.
