Biography

Paul is a Partner at AlixPartners and an INSEAD MBA (06D).  Paul's blend of transformation experience as both an executive and as an advisor equips him to work shoulder to shoulder with investors, boards, and management teams to identify and deliver sustainable improvements in business performance and enterprise value, focused on revenue growth and margin improvement.

Paul draws on more than two decades of international management and consulting experience with leading PE-backed and listed companies across a range of sectors including technology, software, sport, media and entertainment.

Before joining AlixPartners, Paul was Chief of Staff to the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sportradar, the private equity-backed and NASDAQ-listed world leader in sports data, technology and media, where as part of the executive leadership team he helped to deliver robust revenue growth and margin improvements.  Paul also held senior leadership positions in Europe for Steelcase, a $3 billion NYSE-listed office furniture and technology leader, helping to deliver a turnaround of the European operations.

Paul has an international outlook and experience leading transformational change in companies across EMEA, Australia and Asia Pacific.  Outside of work, Paul loves spending time with his family, playing tennis and skiing.
