Paul Sanders

Growth strategy and transformation executive

Paul Sanders (INSEAD MBA '06D) is passionate about helping organisations achieve their growth objectives by crafting the strategy and then finding and capturing the most exciting and lucrative growth opportunities. As a compulsive networker, Paul loves to bring people together to explore ideas, solve problems and innovate products, services and business models.  Paul likes to be at the centre of change, firmly believing that companies never stay the same: They either get worse or they get better!

He has spent half his career in management consulting with Arthur Andersen and A.T. Kearney where he became a leader in the EMEA Organisation and Transformation practice. Across nearly a decade in consulting, Paul served more than 50 clients in Australia, Southeast Asia, US and Europe, covering growth strategy and commercial effectiveness. The other half of his career has been spent in commercial leadership roles with GE Capital, Radialpoint (now part of ZenDesk) and Steelcase. At Steelcase, Paul led business innovation and sales effectiveness in EMEA and oversaw strategic partnerships for growth.  Paul is now a Director in AlixPartners, based in London, working in the Enterprise Improvement team serving corporate and private equity clients.

Outside of work, Paul loves spending time with his family in London, playing tennis and skiing.  He also leads the Doriot Distinguished Speaker Series for the UK INSEAD Alumni Association.
