Previously, he was a Lead Product Manager at TikTok, where he spearheaded AI-powered tools like AI Greenscreen, Virtual Avatars, and Video Stickers, driving advancements in video creation and social features. Before that, he co-founded Sway, a video generation startup acquired by Roblox, and held venture capital roles specializing in deep-tech investments. Ricky began his career at Google, leading business intelligence initiatives. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MS/BS in Computer Science from UCSB, graduating with honors in just three years.
