Verity Ashton-Powell is a Senior Editor at INSEAD Knowledge, where she works closely with faculty to transform complex academic research into compelling stories for a global audience. She has a particular talent for finding the human thread in big ideas.
Her career spans two decades across publishing and academic communications. Before joining INSEAD's Research and Innovation team, she led communications for the Advancement department, where she shaped the storytelling behind fundraising and alumni engagement. Earlier, she built her editorial instincts across some of publishing's most respected houses – Oxford University Press, Hachette, Penguin Random House and a number of independent publishers – developing a deep commitment to communication that connects and endures.
