Hal Gregersen (@halgregersen) is Senior Affiliate Professor of Leadership and The Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank Chaired Professor at INSEAD. He is coauthor (with Clay Christensen and Jeffrey Dyer) of The Innovator’s DNA: Mastering the Five Skills of Disruptive Innovators (HBR Press, 2011). His other co-authored books include: It Starts With One: Changing Individuals Changes Organizations (Wharton, 2008); and Global Explorers: The Next Generation of Leaders (Routledge, 1999).

He has penned over 50 articles in journals like Harvard Business Review and Journal of International Business Studies. Along with Dyer and Christensen he has developed the World’s Most Innovative Companies list with Forbes.
