Laurence Capron (@laurencecapron) is the Paul Desmarais Chaired Professor of Partnership and Active Ownership at INSEAD and Director of INSEAD Executive Education Programme on M&As and Corporate Strategy. Her teaching and research activities focus on M&As, Alliances, Corporate Development and Business Portfolio Strategy. She teaches in MBA, Executive MBA, Executive Education and Ph.D programmes.
