Anat moved to executive coaching & leadership consulting after over 18 years of experience in senior business positions in change management, M&A, strategy and sales, managing complex cross company processes and multicultural teams, with multi-national companies.
Anat helps leaders navigate highly complex and changing environments by focusing on creating dramatic shifts in their self-awareness with regards to their leadership style, decision making process, collaboration patterns and roles. She is particularly interested in how our thinking processes can sometimes undermine our best intentions and seeks to uncover the unconscious biases that undermine our performance. She seeks to uncover the hidden dynamics in teams which hinder their performance, in order to better support their change processes and growth.
