Christiane Bode is an Assistant Professor of Management at Bocconi University in the Department of Management and Technology. She received her PhD in Management from INSEAD, an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics and Psychology from New York University. Her research examines corporate social engagement from the employee perspective; she is particularly interested in the drivers of employee participation in firm activities with an explicit societal mandate, and performance consequences related to such engagement.
