Patricia Gibin consults, coaches and researches on career, leadership and authenticity based on her experience as an executive search consultant and academic background in clinical and organizational psychology. She is currently a Partner at Consulting and Coaching for Change in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
She has worked with executive search in Brazil and US for more than 15 years. Her engagements covered senior management roles in a variety of sectors, including private equity, financial services, retail and energy and others, as well as, in leadership consulting projects, such as CEO and Board sucession planning.
She has an Executive Masters degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, where she developed her thesis: “Authentic Career Narratives – Using video ethnography to develop a conceptual framework for evaluating authenticity in career narratives.”
